The goal
Google Cloud needed a repeatable connected-product solution for manufacturers. The bar was a working product with a launch customer, not another reference architecture.
What shipped
I led the product and engineering team from zero to launch in nine months. Intelligent Product Essentials combined edge AI and cloud analytics so manufacturers could ship smart, updatable, data-generating products. GE Appliances launched with the team.
What I learned
A working launch customer exposed the product gaps faster than another reference architecture could.
